Solution
First of all we have created a beautiful app layout/design at PSD format. Then we have send this design to them for review and feedback. Within few hour they have send us some change in design. Then we have change that design and again send design to them for final confirmation.
Finally they have confirm this design and we have convert this design to HTML and CSS and then we have convert this layout to ionic app.
